Qur’an & Islamic Studies at Sidrah Academy
At Sidrah Academy, we provide a strong foundation in Islamic knowledge through two core areas:

Learn to Read the Qur’an
Our students are guided step-by-step in learning to read the Qur’an with correct pronunciation (tajweed). Whether they’re just starting with the Arabic alphabet or progressing through fluent recitation, each child is supported according to their level in a caring and structured environment. -
Islamic Studies
We make Islamic knowledge relevant and engaging through topics such as daily duas, manners (adab), stories of the Prophets, basic fiqh, and more. Lessons are taught through interactive activities, discussions, and practical examples to help children understand and live Islam in their daily lives.
Our aim is to nurture young Muslims who love the Qur’an and practise their faith with confidence, sincerity, and understanding.
Hifzul Qur’an – Memorising the Words of Allah
At Sidrah Academy, we are honoured to guide children on the noble journey of Hifzul Qur’an — memorising the Book of Allah, one verse at a time.
Our structured Hifz programme is designed to support each student with personalised attention, regular revision, and spiritual motivation. We focus on:
Correct Tajweed – Ensuring every word is recited with precision and beauty.
Strong Retention – Daily revision and memorisation tracking help students retain what they’ve learnt long-term.
Encouragement & Motivation – Teachers offer gentle encouragement and regular feedback, nurturing both confidence and love for the Qur’an.
